On Aug. 5th, 2010, I have the deposit for the apartment number 3 ,which is check # 4282, In the amount. Of $ 500.00. This copy of this said check is being sent to me from my banking office. Also, Sept. 1, 2010 I wrote a check for rent, as I did not move in until the FIRST OF THE MONTH OF SEPTEMBER. The deposit of $500.00 was paid first, on August 5th. 2010, check # 4282. To reiterate, the first rent check was written a full three weeks after the deposit was paid, which is September 1,2010 . Unless there was a computer glitch, I have always paid in full for the next month. I paid $500.00 in deposit just as others have paid the same amount like Keith. Shirley has had a memory lapse on this amount and transactions, or she is confusing me with someone else. I enjoy keeping good books in business. Also, I sent the toxic black mold test off to the lab, and I will be charged $30.00 when that is run. As you are aware, it will come back positive.
